Negli ultimi tempi è attiva sul web una persecuzione mediatica nei confronti del sottoscritto. Da rilevare che molti dei calunniatori che si sono dedicati a questo infame gioco non fanno neanche parte delle "presunte vittime" , e che le "presunte vittime" sono state ripetutamente informate, sia pure in forma "collettiva" (dal momento che non avevo la possibilità materiale – né la forza - di rispondere singolarmente a migliaia di email often filled with insults or personal requests anyway) of reality. 1) Io sono Vincenzo Carchidi, abito a Serra San Bruno (VV) in via Salvemini 2. Il mio indirizzo è sempre stato pubblico, così come il numero del mio cellulare ( 334-3478059). Guardo tutti a testa alta e sono conosciuto come persona corretta e leale. Non sono scappato con il "bottino" (anche perché non c'è nessun bottino) e sono qui da sempre, pronto ad affrontare qualsiasi conseguenza dovesse derivare dalla malaugurata situazione che si è venuta a creare. Strano comportamento per un “truffatore”!
2) Io sono la stessa persona che negli ultimi 15 anni ha distribuito vincite equivalenti ad oltre 10 Milioni di Euro e che, in particolare, nel biennio 1997-98 ha avuto sul proprio conto corrente personale fino a 7 miliardi e 200 milioni di vecchie lire (vinti al Totogol), tutti regolarmente liquidati - in tempi record - ai legittimi proprietari . Strano anche qui che la stessa persona che non ha approfittato di una comodissima occasione per impossessarsi di somme per cui potrebbe valere la pena di perdere la testa vada poi a “truffare”, nel modo più stupido, poche decine di migliaia di euro (è questo l’ammontare dell’intero disavanzo)!

Strano anche qui che la stessa persona che non ha approfittato di una comodissima occasione per impossessarsi di somme per cui potrebbe valere la pena di perdere la testa vada poi a “truffare”, nel modo più stupido, poche decine di migliaia di euro (è questo l’ammontare dell’intero disavanzo)!
3) Io sono lo stesso personaggio che per 20 anni è stato direttore ed editore del settimanale "la Schedina" , il più grande fenomeno editoriale degli anni '90; che per 15 anni ha partecipato al Processo di Biscardi e ad altre innumerevoli trasmissioni televisive sulle più importanti reti nazionali , pubbliche e private; che ha dichiarato redditi miliardari (in lire) o milionari (in euro) e distribuito in beneficienza – e senza alcun clamore - cifre letteralmente da capogiro; che, soprattutto, ha sempre raccolto unanimi attestazioni di stima professionale e personale, mantenendo nel time un'affezionatissima still score of over 30,000 people throughout Italy . 6) A tutt'oggi (1° giugno 2010) non ho ricevuto nessuna segnalazione da parte della Guardia di Finanza o dell'Autorità Giudiziaria , né sono stato convocato (magari accadesse!) da "Striscia la notizia" o "Mi manda Rai 3" come minacciato da molti; ho invece rilasciato volontariamente una dettagliata intervista a "Radio 24" . Se in tutta questa vicenda c'è malafede, dunque non è certo da parte mia.
