How Long For Smell Of Dead Mouse Goes Away

Oggi bevo: Il Pinin, Provincia di Pavia IGT rosso 2007 - Dacarro

On guides and anything online either. The
Pinin : IGT is a red , does the company Dacarro Borgo Priolo and merlot is a majority, with the balance cabernet, pinot noir and croatina . No special processing, a good vineyard, a year in steel and then bottled 2007 vintage. Red purple, almost black, compact until the nail, slightly cloudy, but here is my fault that I've moved the bottle handling the fund. Everything normal though.
The nose is dark feelings to dominate, with curious savory notes, hints of licorice and pepper, good intensity. In the mouth enters the body and vigorous, with a hint of carbon light (which will disappear), the beautiful contrast between softness (ripening of grapes) and the strong salinity. Sip thick, the label says 14 degrees but do not feel in the mouth, a sign of a good overall balance.
For 7 / 8 € to try, I guess.
And I also like the label, here.
